Method:

  1. Soak the mungbeanthread in water and cook for 1 minute. Arrange the cooked mungbeanthread on a platter.
  2. Season the chicken with pepper and salt. Pour the red wine in a pan, add the chicken and close with a lid. Simmer until done.
  3. Beat up and bake the eggs.
  4. Slice all ingredients, and arrange around the mungbeanthread.

  • 115g Ham
  • 115g Chicken
  • 1splash Red Wine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 115g Cucumber
  • 1 slice Melon
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • saltground black pepper
