Method:
- Soak the mungbeanthread in water and cook for 1 minute. Arrange the cooked mungbeanthread on a platter.
- Season the chicken with pepper and salt. Pour the red wine in a pan, add the chicken and close with a lid. Simmer until done.
- Beat up and bake the eggs.
- Slice all ingredients, and arrange around the mungbeanthread.
