Method:
- Chop the onions, chilli, carrots, cabbage, and peppers.
- Heat a wok, and add the oil. Crush the cloves over the wok, and sauté with the onions.
- Add the remaining vegetables, and stir-fry.
- Remove the wok from the heat, and ladle the vegetables into a bowl.
- Add the vinegar, sugar, and turmeric to the vegetable mix. Place in the refrigerator, and drain before serving.
