Acar Campur

Method:

  1. Chop the onions, chilli, carrots, cabbage, and peppers.
  2. Heat a wok, and add the oil. Crush the cloves over the wok, and sauté with the onions.
  3. Add the remaining vegetables, and stir-fry.
  4. Remove the wok from the heat, and ladle the vegetables into a bowl.
  5. Add the vinegar, sugar, and turmeric to the vegetable mix. Place in the refrigerator, and drain before serving.
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Chilli
  • 2 small Onions
  • 250g White Cabbage
  • 150g Carrots
  • 1 1/2 Peppers, preferably in 3 different colours
  • 3 dl Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sugar1 tbsp Turmeric
