Dear Customer,

To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following points in mind:

  • Please fill out the form in its entirety.
  • Returns requests and complaints can only be reported within 10 days after delivery..
  • When returning products, we require that the product is returned in its entirety, and in the original packaging.
  • Please always fill out the reason for the return request or complaint.
  • Complaints regarding fresh greens and frozen products are to be reported right away, within 24 hours after having checked it with our driver. Fresh greens, alcoholic beverages and frozen products cannot be returned.
